The Sangguniang Panlungsod of Mandaluyong City is one of the most dynamic and people-centered local legislative bodies in the National Capital Region. Guided by the city's vision of a premier, harmonious, equitable, and peaceful community, the City Council transforms leadership priorities into effective, inclusive, and sustainable policies.

Ang Sangguniang Panlungsod ng Lungsod ng Mandaluyong ay isa sa mga pinakadinamiko, proaktibo, at nakasentro sa tao na lokal na katawang pangbatas sa Pambansang Punong Rehiyon.
